Release Notes for RDP 6.1 (June 27, 1997)

This file describes the changes that occur in the listed directories with
the 6.1 release of RDP.

In this document,
    directory names are indicated as:    <directory name>

Release 6.1 includes some minor corrections in auxiliary files for a
few shortids. It also provides corrected binary files used by some
of the analysis commands for the ssu data. Any analyses done between
June 16, 1997 and June 26, 1997 should be redone to confirm the results.
