This FAQ contains information related to using the online T-RFLP Analysis Command function. Please direct all corrections and additions to RDP-II General Support (rdpstaff@msu.edu).   1. Q: What does T-RFLP do?
    A: With T-RFLP, you may submit community profiles in the form of terminal restriction fragments and receive a matrix with similarity values. It does not compare with RDP sequences or attempts any further analysis.
