  2. Q: What is required to run TAP?
    A: To run TAP you will need a computer with access to the internet and a web browser using the most recent version of the Java plug-in. Further requirements are discussed at the program's web page stated above.

  3. Q: Where can I find more information about the T-RFLP method?
    A: The paper by Dr. Terence Marsh, Curr Opin Microbiol 1999 Jun;2(3):323-7, contains a description of the method and its use. Further publications can be found at NCBI's PubMed by searching for T-RFLP.

  4. Q: How do I save, print, or export data from TAP?
