With the Hierarchy Browser Preview you can browse a
phylogenetic hierarchy and compile a list of 16S rRNA sequences for download or use
in some of our online analysis programs.
Choosing different options under Data Sets alters the number and presentation
of the sequences available for browsing.
- RDP or NCBI: displays the sequences using either the
new RDP Hierarchy (based on Bergey's Taxonomy) or the NCBI Hierarchy generated
from taxonomy information included in the sequences' GenBank records.
- All or Type: selects between browsing all sequences or just Type strains.
- All or >1200: selects between browsing all sequences or near full length sequences.
A unique cart ID number (19258) has been assigned to this session.
Any selections you make will be preserved in your cart for approximately
one week. By keeping track of this ID number, you can return many times
to the Hierarchy Browser and modify the selections you make during this
session.
If you would like to continue working on a list from a
previous session, enter the cart's ID number in the box labeled Your
Sequence Cart and press "Enter".
Disabling either special feature may allow the pages to
load faster.
