With the Hierarchy Browser you can interactively browse the RDP phylogenetic hierarchy and compile a list of rRNA sequences for use in some of the online analysis programs or download a file containing the sequences you select.
A unique ID number has been assigned to this session. Any selections you make will be preserved in your file for approximately one week. By keeping track of this ID number, you can return many times to the Hierarchy Browser and modify the selections you make during this session.
If you would like to continue working on a list from a previous session, enter the list's ID number in the box labeled Your Sequence List and press "Enter". Otherwise a new list will be created with 19259 as the unique ID number.
